Dr. Kazeem Durodoye, is a certified CISM, CGEIT and PMP. He is also a member of Nigeria Computing Society, Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, as well as the American Society of Information Science and Technology (ASIST) with over 28 years’ ICT experience in Public, Private and Development Organization.

Dr. Kazeem has worked as a Grameen Foundation Consultant in West and East Africa as well as in Asia with very large Microfinance Banks helping formulate and implement I.T strategy to drive financial inclusion.

He has also managed large core banking systems implementations in many countries

Oropo Omobola is a Lead Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in Management Systems implementation, training, auditing, consulting with focus on Banking, IT, Public Sector, Healthcare Construction, Logistics, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Bola is dedicated, result oriented and very positive Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor with credentials in ISO Management Systems Standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 28000, 29001, 20000, 55001, 37001, amongst others.

She has successfully managed over 30 Projects and double as certified PECB Facilitator and Auditor.

Kingsley Iyamu, is a certified Process and Change Management and Transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience in Sales driven Growth, Operational Excellence, Managing Product/ Service, digital payments Improvement and Optimization across multiple functional teams in the Financial Services Industry and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

He is a graduate of Medical Microbiology from Ambrose Alli University and holds a Diploma from the Colorado state University U.S.A He holds a masters in Leading Innovation and Change from the York St John University, United Kingdom. He also attended Harvard Business School’s Disruptive Strategy Program.  His certifications include the prestigious American Society for Quality’s Lean Six Sigma black belt for operational excellence and service; Change Management professional certification from PROSCI U.S.A. and the ISO 9001:2005 Lead Auditor certification.

With a career that started with Nigerian Breweries before moving to the Financial services, he has successfully led projects, Enterprise Transformation and Strategic initiatives. He has led and facilitated improved Job Performance and Reliability which guarantee improved Customer Experience, increased Business Growth and Revenue; while fostering Quality Assurance, Policy Compliance.  A good communicator and resource manager, he effectively maintains healthy Stakeholder Relationships across diverse teams towards the strategic agenda.

He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and holds a M.Sc Mech in Natural Sciences Education from the University of Ibadan


He started his career as a Trainee Mechanical Engineering and rose to Mechanical Engineering at Stag Engineering Services Limited Lagos before moving to SFICO Engineering as a Project Engr covering over 100 BTS sites for Globacom Telecom.

He moved to Morpol Engineering Services Limited (An Oil and Gas service company) as proposal/tender and Mechanical Engineering

He is Presently with UBA Plc. served in the department of IT PMO and now Team Lead of IT service Management and Standards.

His achievements are as follows:

  • He has managed about 100 BTS sites
  • He has also deployed over 100 off-sites ATM
  • He is a Lead Implementer and Auditor of the following:
  • ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301
  • BCSM, ISO 45001 OHSMS, COBIT Implementation.




 Edima is the CEO of Edima Ben Ekpo Limited, a Risk, Governance, Compliance & Sustainability Consulting firm in Lagos Nigeria. He is the founder and Chief Executive of ETH10k, a multi-vendor marketplace. Edima is also a Director in Qazique Limited, an organization with focus on technology consulting, systems integration, outsourcing and GRC solutions

Edima Ben Ekpo, holds master’s degree (MBA) in Banking and Finance from Enugu State University, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a professional member of the Institute of Operational Risk (PIOR) London, a Certified Information and Systems Auditors (CISA), and a Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

Edima has over 30 years of risk management, auditing, consulting and banking experience. He served in various committees and led special projects including Operational Risk management implementation, Business Continuity Management, Policies and Governance documents reviews and ISO Certification Standards. He was a member of the CBN/NIBSS BVN Risk Management Subcommittee.

Also was an Alternate member of the Central Bank of Nigeria Chief Risk Officers’ Forum. Edima retired from UBA Plc in April 2018 as a Deputy General Manager, Group Operational Risk Management after spending over 19 years.

 Edima has attended courses in Environmental and Social Management Systems for Financial Institutions facilitated by AfDB and IFC.

He also attended international conferences in Risk Management and Compliance in the USA, London and Netherlands.

Edima is a facilitator in Risk Management and Basel II Accord, Compliance Management, Internal Control Management, ISO 31000 Risk Management, and Internal Audit Standards. He is also a moderator in risk management professional examinations for the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN). He is the Nigeria Chapter Head, Institute of Operational Risk (IOR).

He has about three decades of corporate professional experience in public and private economy sectors – specifically, in General, Human Capital Development, Personnel Management, Information Administration, Media Relations and Journalism. He has over fifteen years’ corporate boardroom experience. A versatile human resource practitioner and professional personnel psychologist, his ambit of experience traverse the public, private, profit and not-for-profit sectors of the economy. He was the Group HR Director, Troyka Holdings; HR Director, Insight Communications for over 15 years; Compensations Officer, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA); Operations Manager, Global Relief Project; Senior Information Officer, Oyo State Local Government Service; and HR/Admin Manager at Adebileje Technical Services.

As part of his social impact contributions, he is presently lecturer, Human Resource Management and Business Policy & Ethics to Executive MBA students of the University of Ibadan; lecturer, CIPM professional diploma certification.

Involvement in social impact projects include mentoring several professionals across profit/non-for-profit sectors of the Nigeria economy, pastors a local congregation of upwardly mobile professionals & entrepreneurs in Lagos, Nigeria; originator of weekly Leadership Empowerment School (online & offline); he is also the initiator Nuptial Flight Couples Annual Getaway programmes; the pioneer of Youth Outburst, and Relationship Summit.

Olumide Ajibawo has over 20 years 0f experience in management systems implementation, auditing, training, certification and consulting. He has eight years of experience in manufacturing sector, over four years in Information Technology sector, and eight years in financial institution. He led certification and implementation of several management systems including integrated management systems such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001   and ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001from start to finish. He is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 18788, ISO 21001, and ISO 55001.

He has MSc degree in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, Master of Business Administration, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry , and M.Sc Geographic Information System from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a Certified Quality Auditor(CQA), Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) of American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a Senior Member, American Society for Quality(ASQ). Engr. Ololade Ayoola is a graduate of Engineering and has over 18 years work experience in auditing and training quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.

Career experience

Engr. Ayoola has worked in Standards Organisation of Nigeria for 20 years and experienced in standards development, product and systems certification as well as inspection and tests. His work experience in auditing and training covers Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Communication Technology and Financial sectors among others. He represents Nigeria on many ISO Technical Committees on management system standards.

Qualifications and professional membership

Engr. Ayoola is a lead trainer on IRCA and PECB ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301 and 50001 courses. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and MBA in Operations and Project Management. Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Nigerian Environmental Society, American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, Chartered Institute of Quality, Nigeria, Institute of Management Consultants
